For nearly two and a half years we hosted dinner parties at an undisclosed location. They were just dinner parties and they were just for fun. There was no menu, and most of the time, no rules. Many people from the community joined us, and we have to admit—it was really cool. As time passed, our style of food evolved; what we wanted to represent and highlight shifted, and what we found interesting and inspiring changed. Fortunately, we've been given the opportunity to host our concept at Vivian in the RAD.
